Hello All,

Just listed a new doll named Scratchy Darkmoon.  She is a repainted plastic art doll I created using an old plastic doll, papier mache, acrylic paints, and recycled fabrics.

She has wings to fly around and protect all from negative energy.  She holds a cell phone to keep track of her little ones at home.

Please do check her out.   www.darkmoondoll.etsy. com

So here is Part 1 of my video tutorial on how to create Embroidered Fabric Beads.  I hope you find this helpful for using recycled fabrics to create wearable art.  You can use these beads to adorn your dreadlocks, braids and for making jewelry with.

Brightest Blessings to you and yours,

Hello Everyone! I hope that you are enjoying the Spring Season.  I have just uploaded some new videos today on how to make Embroidered Fabric Beads.  I hope that you find them helpful and inspiring.  It's funny how I always thought about making beads from recycled fabrics because I have a lot of fabric to spare.  It involves a lot of time and patience because each bead can take anywhere from 1 to 2 1/2 hours to complete.  I will be posting a video on how to make paper beads as soon is I get more supplies.  So I hope you all enjoy them.  I will post them one at a time so that I can load onto this blog successfully.

Thank you so much for everyone's support and encouragement to keep on creating.  Mother Nature is counting on me. :)

I am low on cash so in order to continue to adorn my dolls and handbags and purses I started making my own beads.  I use  shredded up junk mail or adds, hot water and glue.  I mix it up until is like a clay or paper pulp.  I then shape them into beads.  I let them dry.  Once dry I drill a hole in them and paint them.

I wanted to share with you all two of my creations that are currently for sale and on display at Bon Vida Beauty Salon and Art Gallery 4429 Franklin Blvd. Sacramento,Ca. 95820. One I called Sun Goddess which is hand sewn, hand beaded with my own polymer clay beads I hand sculpted myself.  And also glow in the dark paper beads I created.  This bag is hand embroidered as well and took me almost two years to complete.

The Second is what I named Gypsy Evil Eye purse.  This particular creation took me 2yrs to finish.  I takes this long because I hand sew everything.  This piece is hand sewn, hand embroidered, and hand beaded using my own handmade polymer clay beads.

I have more dolls and and bags coming soon that I will be putting up on my shop.

Thank you so much for coming by to take a look.
